Summit St. Shop Gift-Away!

AND she has added fun and quilty tee shirts to her shop offerings.
One of my favorite hash tags is #fabricfloozy, cuz if you know – YOU KNOW!
And when I saw her new box design, and the tee shirt to go with it, I just had to have them.
Oh, my gosh! So much fun!
Summit St Boxes are a cute and clever way to store and organize all sorts of items. They hold 6-1/2in quilt squares perfectly!
I’ve been using them to store my kitted up block parts – Here I’m showing the pieces for the the blue star blocks in one, and the reds in another.
Be watching for my Parade Day PDF quilt pattern to release in MAY! I shared the quilt finish in THIS POST.
The boxes are also great for holding quilting, sewing, knitting, and scrapbooking supplies. Snacks, make up, toiletries, jewelry, and trinkets too.
Put some goodies inside and give as a gift! Pack up and take to a retreat! Boxes feature nice smooth edges and a super cute design on the lid.
Summit St Shop is in Webberville, Michigan! Are you within driving distance?
They spent a year and a half renovating a historic church building into a storefront open to the public..
Summit St Shop carries quilting fabric, of course – but also decor, gifts and more!
And yes, you can order online and there is free shipping on orders over $75.00 within the USA.
I will be drawing for ONE lucky winner who will receive BOTH of these adorable Summit St. Boxes AND the Fabric Floozy Tee!
Jordan writes about the new tee:
“Tee Shirts come in sizes XS – 4X
Made here by me with my design “Fabric Floozy”
Bella Canva Unisex Heather Peach
Runs true to size and preshrunk”
I wore mine the other day and it was sized perfectly and so super soft. It’s my new favorite.
We’ll draw for our winner next Wednesday, April 16th! Good Luck, everyone!
Yesterday presented an adventure we did NOT have on our bingo cards.
My screenshot of a live video chat with Hubster Dave telling me that two goats had wandered into our yard apparently lost.
“Run like someone’s left the gate open!!”
Only they were just moving in and being all friendly like they’d known us all of their lives.
Hi! What’s your name?
Collars? But no tags?
Evidently someone’s cherished pet goats.
We were unsure what to do!
I was at the retreat so I suggested he put them in the dog yard and then take a drive up and down the road to check with neighbors to see if they knew who they might belong to.
In the meantime I hit social media trying to get the word out in my community that two goats were on the lam and would they please call us so they could come get them.
No replies.
Her response was an immediate YES and said she would be driving up as soon as she finished feeding the animals they already have.

And there they go!
I’ll be checking in with Ashley to see if their owners are found.
Good luck, goat babies!
In evening hand stitching news –
(Yes, those are my toes! LOL!)
This section is complete and I settled in to add it to the mothership.
One hexie side at a time gets the job done-
It took about 4 evenings worth of stitching to add the section.
And here we are so far. (With no toes)
I’m back to making more motifs. I need more of the big ones that are surrounded by the aqua, and the more narrow neutral surrounded ones that fit in between.
I’ll need to complete a whole lot of motif stitching before I can make the next diagonal row.
I’m heading to Idaho at the end of the month to visit my mom and family and take her red hexie quilt back to her, so I’ll have some good hexie stitching time ahead.
Today – The Quilt District gals are on their way from the Atlanta area and beyond. I’m looking forward to their arrival somewhere around 4pm.
There are 12 beds to make, and things to finish sprucing up including towel baskets and all the other needful things that happen on retreat day.
What’s up for your Wednesday?
Quiltville Quote of the Day –
