It's International Quilting Day!

But if you look closely in the bottom left corner you’ll see a bit of Flash’s face. He has moved his 6 feet away rule to maybe 4 feet. We just keep working with him. He’s still so very feral and no one has been able to touch him yet….but baby steps are being made.

And I wish I could say that all was well in the animal realm – Mable is back to 100% – this morning I woke up to Zoey throwing up blood. I don’t know if what Mabel had was contagious – it doesn’t matter. Hubster Dave has scooped up the sample from the floor, put it in a plastic baggie and is off to the emergency vet with Zoey.

Here we go again.

Along with International Quilting Day, it’s also “Send your vet’s OTHER kid to college” Day.
